  • ABOUT KELLY

    Kelly is a litigator whose practice focuses, primarily, on defense of businesses against civil litigation. Kelly’s professional experience includes commercial, employment, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and constitutional and civil rights litigation.

    Before joining Stevens & Brand, LLP, Kelly worked as a litigation associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P. and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Kelly is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Missouri and Florida, as well as several federal districts in Missouri and Florida.

    Kelly received her J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif (top 10% of the class), Symposium Editor of the Law Review, and a Rice Foundation Scholar.
