Denise McNabb is an attorney practicing in the areas of trust and estate planning, elder law, long-term care planning, probate and also has significant experience with small businesses, including business formation, contracts and negotiations. Her practice centers on advising clients of the intricacies surrounding estate planning and focusing on those priorities that are unique to each person and family. Additionally, Denise has experience helping her clients navigate the complex issues surrounding Medicaid benefits and other long-term care planning issues. Denise also advises individuals and small business clients with regard to business entity formation, real estate transactions, and contract drafting and negotiations.
Denise spends her spare time with her husband and three children on their rural farm. When not involved in children’s activities, she volunteers her time as a community event organizer, serving on multiple committees that plan events and fundraisers supporting local schools, teachers and students. Denise serves on the Church Council of the Waverly United Methodist Church and also chairs its community outreach program.
