Rebecca Wempe has practiced in a number of areas since joining the firm in 2006, including tax, business planning, estates and trusts, intellectual property, and real estate. She is listed in Best Lawyers in America and is also a CPA. After graduating 2nd in her law school class, Rebecca clerked for U.S. District Judge Dale Saffels from 1995-1997 and U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Mary Beck Briscoe from 1997-1998. She later served as Director for the NCAA’s Infractions Committees, and as Corporate Counsel and Tax Director for Security Benefit Corporation in Topeka. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys racquet sports and golf and volunteering for various local non-profit organizations.
